The 8 Sessions


Session 1 - Setting your Future.  You will learn how to set your business goals and make a start creating your company's Vision and Mission statements as well as kick off the creation of your company's culture statement.

Session 2 - Time and KPI’s. Whilst you can’t manage time you’ll learn how to manage yourself in this session. Go from chaos to control. Measure your business health by introducing KPIs into your business.

Session 3 - Financial Mastery. Understand the importance of knowing your figures. Know where your cash comes from, where it goes and how to keep as much as you can. How do you achieve more than just break even.

Session 4 - Delivery Mastery and Systems. Deliver ‘WOW factor’ customer service, first time every time. Create consistency knowing what the customer journey is. Systemise your business to produce massive results and go from working in it to on it.

Session 5 - USP and Guarentees. Identify your business uniqueness and use it to attract more of the right customers. Start thinking outside the box, looking forward, use customer feedback and build raving fans.

Session 6 - Niche Marketing for Growth. Learn how to make a marketing promise and then how to deliver on that promise. Learn how to lower customer question costs and increase life time value. Create a marketing strategy which builds your customer pipeline consistently.

Session 7 - Sales Made Simple. Understand the different types of sales people, the difference between old and new selling. Utilise the question funnel and effectively deal with objections. Create a powerful sales process in your business.

Session 8 - Team. This session will teach several key principles essential for the creation of an efficient and effective team, it will also teach you several key principles behind how to become a great leader.

At each session you’ll have an opportunity for a 1-2-1 session with the coach to work on the specifics of your business. You’ll have homework to do applying the strategies on your business between the sessions.

The Bonus - Leverage Game Night.     As a bonus session you’ll also be invited to come along to the Leverage Games night where you can apply your new learnings.
